Will the shipping costs be refunded?
Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If you're returning a Grow Sensor for any other reason under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll need to cover the return shipping.
To guarantee your return reaches us safely, we recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
Without proof of delivery, we can't take responsibility for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
