When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned Grow Sensor, check the unit and confirm it meets our return conditions, we'll process your full refund within 14 days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you'll receive a confirmation email once it's been processed.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
